If you are on holiday in Tunisia, why not take the
opportunity to visit Libya? This short tour explores the
capital city of Tripoli and the magnificent Roman sites of
Leptis Magna and Sabrata.
Day 1
Our guide can meet you at your hotel in Djerba or at the
Libyan border and will transfer you to Tripoli via
sightseeing at the Roman city of Sabrata with its remarkable
Colonnaded Theatre and mosaics museum.
Day 2
Full day sightseeing tour of Libya’s capital city including
the marvelous National Museum and the soaks and mosques of
the old town where lunch will be taken.
Day 3
Full day excursion to the magnificent Roman city of Leptis
Magna. A visit will also be made to Villa Celine, the
seafront home of an upper-class Roman family. Return to
Tripoli.
Day 4
Time for a return visit to the Tripoli soak before transfer
back to Djerba or the Tunisia / Libya border
